By accessing or using the SEO AI Tools platform ("Service") provided by Big Lab IT Solutions L.L.C ("Big Lab", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SEO AI Tools is an AI-powered SEO platform that provides keyword research, position tracking, content creation, internal linking analysis, technical SEO audits, competitor analysis, and reporting tools. The Service is available through our website at big-lab.ai and app.big-lab.ai.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
One person or entity may not maintain more than one account without our written consent.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems.
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
Use the Service to send spam, phishing, or other unsolicited communications.
Resell or redistribute access to the Service without our authorization.
Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful data to the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by Big Lab and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of data you input into the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

7. Payment Terms

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription.
Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' prior notice.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance of planned downtime.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Big Lab shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Big Lab and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, after which it may be deleted.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Dubai, UAE, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

13. Force Majeure

Big Lab shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemic, government actions, power failures, internet or telecommunications failures, or third-party service outages.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. General Provisions

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Big Lab regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
Waiver: The failure of Big Lab to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. Big Lab may assign these Terms without restriction.
